1.We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
2.The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 5 working days and credit would happen in 3 to 5 working days.
3.In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

b.Errors in the details provided (us or customer)
c.Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department
7.In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.
