If you cancel your order before the product gets processed, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
The possibilities to cancel the order when the payment is made is less, you can contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number for assistance.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us
Cancellation is not possible for the orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Holi, Govt Holidays, or make to orders etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 48 Hours of receipt of the product.
Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.
